State Assessments Required for High School Graduation — 2016 through 2020
The Nevada Department of Education annually produces a pamphlet outlining the assessments required for graduation. In compliance with NRS 389.809, the Department of Assessment mailed the English version on behalf of district middle and high schools to all households with students in grades 7-12 the week of September 28th. The pamphlet describes high school graduation requirements beginning with the class of 2016.

Note that the pamphlets do not describe credit requirements in detail, nor do they fully explain the requirements for our transition cohorts taking the End of Course (EOC) exams, class of 2017 and class of 2018. If you qualify for free/reduced lunch at school, you may qualify for financial assistance to pay for your IB & AP exams.
